Circumcision... pass the knife.

Male circumcision is the removal of some or all of the foreskin (prepuce) from the penis. The word "circumcision" comes from Latin circum (meaning "around") and cædere (meaning "to cut").

As we are all aware most of the time circumcisions are performed as part of religion, but some men opt to have this surgery as they feel it is cleaner and healthier.

As the only moving part of the penis, the foreskin aids sexual activity. Some men like it because its all they've ever known, whilst some are regretting it as they say its had a really negative impact on their sex life!

Lots of men and their partners say they actually do prefer it, they say there is no massive difference in the actual sex but that it looks nicer and is so much cleaner, and that they would actually recommend that men do think about having it done! Awareness of a good body image is a very important factor in building self confidence.
